We have offices built and ready to ship to your backyard. We can even dig the trench and run power to your office so you can be up and running ASAP!
All our suites come with the following features for your enjoyment:
Free Shipping (50 miles max)
We will deliver your new office straight to your backyard at no additional cost (if you are within 50 miles from our location in Leander, Texas).
Electrical Hook-Up
Optional upgrade: our team can dig a trench up to 50’ and run the wiring to your new office. Or you can do it yourself and plug in to our breaker.
Heated and Air Conditioned
A ductless mini split with a remote will efficiently cool your office on hot summer days. In the winter the electric fireplace & mini split will keep you nice and warm.
Spray Foam Insulation
Our suites are spray foam insulated, which will reduce your electric bill (and will help keep your space quiet inside).
Wood Frame and Drywall
Each suite is built with traditional wood framed 2’x4’ walls and covered by quality drywall interior.
Fully Furnished
You can choose to purchase these fully furnished if you want (everything except the computer and the books are for sale).

How We Got Started.
Joy Tiny Builds started in 2017 when our cofounder Josh was trying to figure out a quiet place to work with three young kids at home. He had quit his corporate job a few years before and needed a place to work so he could focus on growing his business.
As an introvert he needed somewhere quiet. So he and his wife converted an old shed on their property into their first backyard office.
The new dedicated space allowed Josh to focus and create at a whole new level, which resulted in massive growth for his business.
After realizing how important having a separate space outside the home was to work, they committed to always having a backyard office wherever they lived. They moved to Texas after Covid and built an even better office and then launched Joy Tiny Builds.
